SHIPPING

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong. 

We offer Free International Shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times to our top shipping destinations:

  • WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER? 

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

If you do not receive one, please email us. 

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.

We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied

  • WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please be aware that Global Collectibles does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Global Collectibles, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges and refunds on all our items!

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

- The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, including hygiene seal.

- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

- Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

  • ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Global Collectibles for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us.
  • HOW DO I ORGANISED A RETURN?
Simply email info@global-collectibles.com and we will allocate a Returns Authorization (RA) number for you, and give you all the details you need.
Please note we are unable to be held liable for the loss of your purchase when being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details. 
  • WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We have a warehouse based in Hong Kong, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our returns.
We will provide you with the full address when we allocate your Returns Authorization number to you.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible.  If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your Returns Authorization (RA) number within 24 hours. 
If you're exchanging, we will send your new item out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days.
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5-7 business days. 

  • WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@global-collectibles.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
